Looking for reasons to exercise?
I think by now we all know that we should be exercising because it makes us healthier, which makes us live longer.
But that’s kind of a generic statement, don’t you think?
So generic, in fact, that it’s not enough to motivate people to get moving. You don’t have to get out there and run a marathon or become a body builder; regular activity will provide you with many or perhaps all of these benefits. How awesome is that?!?
These 50 reasons to exercise are some of the specific things that exercise can do for you! So many of them speak to me and keep me active and moving but each of us has to find our own motivation to get out the door. Is it going to be losing weight, feeling better, toning your muscles, living longer, or something else?
