You asked for it – and here it is! Your very own Better Booty Bootcamp! I’ll even admit this is a tough one. But you’ve got to work hard for the results you want, right? (The correct answer here is RIGHT!)
You can do this one indoors or outdoors. If you don’t have enough room to do walking lunges, just substitute regular lunges. Your booty will still feel it, trust me! Work your way up to doing this routine 3 times and see what it does for your booty!

May 27, 2020 at 1:07 amThese are all great exercises! I haven’t done that first one. That looks so easy to include before a run. I really struggle with pistol squats. I know my core and glutes are not as strong as they need to be!
