When talking to people about clean eating, I have realized that there is a lot of confusion about what it really is. Many people seem to think you have to eat all fruits and vegetables and never get to have any good food. But that’s not the case at all! As with anything in life, a healthy balance is important. While it’s best for your body to eat 100% clean, that’s not realistic for a lot of people (myself included).
