When talking to people about clean eating, I have realized that there is a lot of confusion about what it really is. Many people seem to think you have to eat all fruits and vegetables and never get to have any good food. But that’s not the case at all! As with anything in life, a healthy balance is important. While it’s best for your body to eat 100% clean, that’s not realistic for a lot of people (myself included). So I’ve compiled this list of tips and tricks from some of the best bloggers out there to help you incorporate clean eating into your life or to make it easier for you if you already eat clean. I’ve also included some of their delicious clean eating recipes that I think you’ll find absolutely amazing!

So my after workout snack varies depending on what time I work out! I teach pilates tonight, so will likely drink water and then have dinner right when I get home!
