It’s day 15 of the fitness challenge! You’re awesome for sticking with it!
Today’s fitness challenge will be a little different than the other days. This video is a 10 minute HIIT cardio workout. If you don’t know what HIIT is, it’s high intensity interval training. I know that sounds a little scary but don’t worry, it’s not. The benefit of HIIT workouts is that it takes your heart rate up and down and burns more calories. You’ll experience intervals that are intense and move quickly but then you’ll be given a break to prepare for the next interval.
