It’s day 22 of the fitness challenge! Woohoo!! How are you doing so far?
For today’s fitness challenge, I think it’s time for another day of yoga and stretching. This is always a nice way to stretch and unwind. Like I said last time we did yoga, I love that yoga is good for relaxing and refreshing or energizing your body. What other workout can do that? And low impact makes it good for almost anyone.
