It’s a great way to make healthy choices and manage your weight! I’ve been using emeals for a while and love it! It only costs about $1 a week and gives you a menu, a recipe, shopping list, and estimated cost for those meals. Well worth the cost for my family! But any form of meal planning will give you the benefits!
