It’s day 27 fitness challenge! You’re doing great!
Since it’s day 27 already, I think we should celebrate with a dance party! What do you think? Even though I’m not much of a dancer, it’s always fun to dance and burn some calories. If this is something you really enjoy, check out a Zumba class or video. Dancing is also a great way to lift your move and (if you move like I do) have a good laugh! There’s a very good reason that dance workouts are so popular! So get moving and get your dance on!
