Welcome to day 28 of our fitness challenge! Hope you’re starting to feel more fit and strong and have added a regular workout to your daily routine!
Today’s fitness challenge is another yoga routine. This is a routine that is the perfect way to start your day feeling refreshed and recharged. Try it in the morning and see how it changes your day! It’s also a great way to unwind in the evening and calm your mind before bed. Interesting that the same workout can either energize you or calm you, don’t you think?
Some of these poses are excellent stretches too and help lengthen and strengthen your muscles. They are so good for counteracting some of the typical things we do each day – like sitting at a desk for 8 hours or more.
