For today’s nutrition challenge, I want to introduce you to the amazingness of apple cider vinegar. You may know some of the benefits already but it’s great for so many reasons and there are many different ways to incorporate it into you daily nutrition.
Prior to researching this information, I had no idea that apple cider vinegar could do so much. I’ll admit I don’t care for the taste or the smell, but it’s a small price to pay for these amazing benefits. And it’s one of the most affordable products you can buy.
