Day 29!! Are you excited to be finishing the challenge? I’m so proud that you’re almost done and have made it to the day 29 fitness challenge!
Today’s fitness challenge is called Legs, Bums, and Tums. You gotta admit – it’s a cute name. And it’s a part of our body that we want to look good so let’s get started!
This workout will only take a few minutes but you’re sure to feel it! These moves are great to tone your legs and sculpt your backside. Make sure to practice good form with these exercises and to get the full effect.
