Today’s nutrition challenge is simple – eat on orange! We know these are handy little snacks that are easy to grab and go and offer lots of vitamin C. But did you know about all of these other benefits?
I was surprised to learn about all the hidden benefits that we get from these sweet little treats. The fiber is helpful for weight loss too. I love knowing that this handy snack helps purify my blood, protect my kidneys and my heart. Those are all great things!
