Our final fitness workout challenge is a cardio workout. You’ll get your heart rate up and torch some calories for sure! So let’s get on with it!
Remember that there are lots of other great sources of cardio that you might enjoy – running, walking, swimming, dancing, and many others. Find what you enjoy and continue to do that!
