Day 6 fitness challenge!!! Yippeee!! You’re doing great!
Part of every good workout routine is cardio. But you don’t have to spend hours on the treadmill or elliptical. Even a short 10 minute cardio workout can make you feel better and improve your health. So today’s challenge is a 10 minute cardio workout!
If you have a different type of cardio that you enjoy, feel free to do it. Getting that heart rate up will really help with burning some calories.
