As many of you know, I am a huge fan of no bake desserts. Honestly, I love all desserts but I especially love that I can have an all natural dessert in just a matter of minutes. These are 5 of my favorite no bake desserts:
This chocolate pudding was by far my favorite and the biggest surprise winner for me. The main ingredient seemed a little odd and I was extremely skeptical about it but it was love at first bite! This pudding is rich and creamy and contains all natural ingredients along with a good dose of healthy fats so it’s completely guilt-free!
These brownies were so easy to make so I instantly loved them. I think my favorite thing about these brownies is that when that sweet craving hits, you can just throw these together and don’t have to wait for them to cook and cool off. Now I know some of you will say there’s nothing better than a warm brownie. I hear you! Just pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds and you’ve got a warm brownie!
These chocolate truffles were my first experimentation with dates. They are so easy to make but look like you really put some effort into them. With just a couple of ingredients, it’s really easy to have a real food snack or dessert that can easily substitute for a cake pop!
Who doesn’t love peanut butter cookies? These are tasty and super easy to make. Just throw a couple of ingredients into your food processor and you’ve got some delicious peanut butter cookies ready to eat! You could even roll these into balls or add chocolate chips to change it up a bit too!
This was my first time to try chia seeds. I had read about all of the amazing benefits of chia seeds but I had never tried them. It’s pretty cool to see the tiny little seeds expand! So why not turn them into a rich and creamy pudding?!? I think the best part of this chia seed pudding is that it’s perfectly acceptable to have it for breakfast! Pudding for breakfast is always a win in my book!
