I’m sure you won’t be surprised when I tell you that I have A LOT of health and fitness equipment and accessories that I LOVE and can’t live without. So, I thought I would share some of those awesome things with you so you can enjoy them too!
It’s no secret that I love running. If I could only do one workout ever I would pick running. But I do like some variety and want to be able to run better, stronger, and faster. That brings me to my new favorite workout – PiYo. I wasn’t sure that I would really like it since it’s no-impact and not cardio based. But I decided to go through the workouts anyway and fell in love! The workouts are fairly short (most 30 minutes or less) and great for stretching and strengthening – which is what every runner needs! I went through the whole process of taking before pictures and after pictures and was amazed at the difference. My mid-section actually firmed up! In all honesty, I’m always a little skeptical of before and after pictures but seeing my own and knowing exactly what I put into made me a believer! My running life would not be complete without my Garmin. I love all the data this little watch provides! I get every piece of data that I could possible want – time, distance, pace, calories burned. I can even go back later and download all the data to my computer and get each mile split, elevation and the course I ran. Plus, it’s a nice looking watch! Favorite Workout Tank
I’ll admit I’m a little biased about this tank since it’s one I designed but I love it! It’s so comfortable and soft and it’s been perfect for summer running.
