It’s been a little while since I’ve posted any workouts so I thought it was time for a new one! Since I’m a runner, I mainly use running as my cardio. But I’ve heard that some people don’t actually enjoy running. If that sounds like you, this cardio workout is for you!
This ladder-style workout will get your heart pumping and torch some calories. If you have to sweat to feel like you had a good workout, you won’t be disappointed!
This workout starts will small intervals, works up and then back down. Once you hit the middle, you’ll know that the worst is over 🙂
For those of you that are a little on the competitive side, try timing this workout and then beating your own time the next time you do it.
What’s your favorite form of cardio? What did you think of this workout?
