Summer is almost here and it’s time to get those arms toned up and ready for those cute tank tops.
No gym required!
This workout will work your biceps, triceps, back, shoulder and core. If you find that regular pushups are too tough at this point, modify to your knees. I encourage you to try a couple on your toes and work your way up.
Try to make it through the set 2-3 times a couple of times a week and you’ll be proud to show off those arms!
