Wow! What an incredible year 2014 was! While there were many challenges for me personally, I also had many successes. We celebrated the one year anniversary of this blog and saw tremendous growth too! I am super excited to see what 2015 has in store!

January 7, 2015 at 1:56 pmMy favorite of your top 14 was definitely the 50 reasons to exercise, they are all so true and it’s a fantastic visual (I pinned it). My fitness goal for this year is to move from 18% body fat to 14%, most of my problem is what I eat, exercise is the easy part. :), which means I need to plan meals better. I’ve already started by cutting out wine (my vice that lead to bad eating), so far so good. 🙂
