Wake up and work out!
You’ve probably heard that it’s best to exercise early in the morning before your brain realizes what is happening or the day brings on excuses. Working out in the morning is great for another reason though – it gets your heart pumping and the energy flowing! Even getting in a few minutes of movement in the morning can help increase you energy and productivity all day!
