I’m sure you’re aware that October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, but did you know it’s also Vegetarian Awareness month?

Even if you don’t want to quit meat altogether, going meatless every now and then can have an impact on your health, the environment and your budget.  Read about some of the advantages of having a meatless day just once a week here.  Vegetarianism doesn’t mean you have to eat rabbit food all the time and there are some delicious options available without ever eating a salad.  So….to celebrate vegetarian awareness month I’m going to share a few of my favorite meatless dishes with you.  These are even all approved by my meat-loving husband!
