I’ve kind of been stuck on new ideas for recipes to make. I can’t ever seem to find a happy medium….either I have a billion ideas that I need to do RIGHT NOW or nothing. So I asked some friends for suggestions. And healthy chili was one of those suggestions. It was perfect timing too. The weather has been pretty comfortable for the last few weeks in Texas but got really cold today. So sweet potato quinoa chili it was! And this chili hit the spot!

March 6, 2014 at 8:42 pmThis is one that I would love to try, unfortunately it has everything in it my family will not eat. That just means I will have to make it and freeze it in single serving size portions for myself – I will not have to share. I have never heard of a chili using sweet potatoes.
