Slow Cooker Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Devil’s Food cake mix
  • 2 cups water, divided
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions:

  6. Cook the Lava Cake:
    • Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for about 2 hours. The cake will set, and the chocolate lava will create a decadent and gooey layer beneath.
  7. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Once the cooking time is complete, carefully remove the lid.

    • If desired, top the cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, allowing it to melt slightly over the warm cake.
