Almond date bites are a healthy and nutritious snack that is super quick and easy to make.
I’ve made plenty of different types of date bites and love them because they are so easy. I think this one is even easier than the others! Seriously, it’s super easy to make and I’m pretty sure you can’t mess this one up.
These almond date bites only need 3 ingredients, a food processor, and 3 minutes. When I say no effort needed, I really mean it! These are super easy and super delicious!
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Add all ingredients to food processor and combine until mixture is sticky.
- Using your hands, roll into bite sized balls.
- Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
