Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup coconut palm sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (cherry berry blend)

Directions:

  7. Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15-17 minutes, or until the tops of the muffins spring back when lightly touched and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
