After experimenting with these raw brownies and loving them, I was really excited about trying other raw recipes – like chocolate truffles. And as much as I loved the brownies, I love these chocolate truffles even more!
They are simple to make and eat!
The dates give them a natural sweetness along with lots of fiber. And we need fiber to maintain good health so it’s important to eat these! I took them to work too and no one could believe they were healthy so we’ll call this a complete success!
