Almond Date Bites

Here’s another quick, easy and healthy snack idea.  And I think this one is even easier than the others!  These almond date bites only need 3 ingredients, a food processor, and 3 minutes.  When I say no effort needed, I really mean it!  These are super easy and super delicious!

Total Time: 3 minutes

Yield: approx. 12


  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  • Add all ingredients to food processor and combine until mixture is sticky.
  • Using your hands, roll into bite sized balls.
  • Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
