
This is a quick and easy meal that can just be thrown in the crockpot in the morning and ready when you get home. And it’s a little different way to spice up pork chops. The apples and onion give it a unique flavor. It was a big hit with my family!
Slow Cooker Pork Chops
Ingredients:
6 pork chops, boneless
3 apples
1 large onion
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
3/4 cup of vegetable broth
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions:
Dice up apples and onions into chunks and spread in bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Place pork chops on top of apples and onions. Combine vegetable broth and apple cider vinegar and pour over pork chops. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
