As you know if you’ve seen some of my other recipes, I usually make soups and chili in my crockpot with the occasional roast with vegetables.
I’ve never really tried just cooking the main dish so I wasn’t sure how this would turn out. The verdict: my family loved these Teriyaki Pork Chops.
This is another super simple recipe that is a huge time saver to just pull from the freezer. Start the crock pot in the morning and dinner is ready when you come home.
I served these pork chops with steamed carrots and sautéed vegetables but they would also be great with potatoes or rice.
What sides would you serve with these Teriyaki Pork Chops?
Teriyaki Pork Chops
6 pork chops
2 cloves of garlic
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1/3 cup vegetable broth
Add all ingredients to gallon-size freezer bag (I highly recommend the zipper type).
Thaw overnight in refrigerator.
Pour contents into crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hours.
